From the realm of custom work, this 1/6th Mara Jade figure on eBay is certainly a step up from Barbie. And while the face may not look much like any of the half-dozen Mara variations floating around, at least the hair color is close. (And the fact that she has sleeves pleases my inner fangirl.)

Those with less EU-based collecting tastes may want to take this discerning gentlebeing up on their offer: an Ewok Village playset in exchange for a 12-pack of beer.

And for the fan who has everything: Lightsaber lighting. Oh Lucasfilm, what won’t you authorize?

Leia by Space Captain Steve, aka Falterdan aka Steve Stamatiadis, an animation and video game pro who is, coincidently, the game/art director for the PS2/PSP versions of The Force Unleashed. There’s a smattering of Star Wars work both on his DA and spacecaptainsteve.com galleries.

I also really like this pouty little Mara Jade, who makes me me wish they’d just pull a Batman: The Animated Series on the post-ROTJ EU already.

Sacrifice Spoilers

Yes, there are Sacrifice spoilers in the links, so don’t even think about mousing over them if you haven’t read the book. No, I’m not posting any details here, but I gotta quote this:

Lucas Licensing apparently allowed this disaster to happen and now we should call on them to reverse it. The Sith have the power to bring back the dead and so too then does the Force.

Whether it is [CHARACTER] or [CHARACTER] or even someone else I don’t care. I just want [SPOILER] back.

I’m facepalming as hard as I can. Look, being sad/disappointed with the ‘event’ is all well and good, but internet petitions over spilt milk are just silly.
