Wow, is it time for Coruscant Nights: Street of Shadows already? The new Michael Reaves book should be in stores today. Also keep an eye out for The Dark Lord Trilogy trilogy, a trade omnibus that collects Labyrinth of Evil by James Luceno, Revenge of the Sith by Matthew Stover, and Luceno’s Dark Lord.
Don’t worry, comic fans: There’s plenty for you on Wednesday. The much-anticipated Darth Wyyrlok-focused Legacy #27, Rebellion #16 aka Vector part 8, and the fourth Knights of the Old Republic trade, Daze of Hate, Knights of Suffering. Punny!
So, um, apparently there’s this game coming out next month? Where you play as Vader’s secret apprentice? And stuff? Yeah, this is the novelization, and it comes out tomorrow. Oh, and a Making of book, too. Plus some comic. And all much, much cheaper than a game console.
Coming out this Wednesday from Bad Horse, err.. Dark Horse:
- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic #32 (Vindication, Part 1) – Zayne Carrick and the Jedi masters who framed him square off in front of the rest of the Jedi order. How will the last part of the Jedi prophecy come true?
- Star Wars: The Force Unleashed graphic novel – Want to know the story of Vader’s secret apprentice without having to play the game (when the game eventually is released?). Haden Blackman, who scripted the game, has also penned this 100-page graphic novel with art from Brian Ching, Bong Dazo, and Wayne Nichols.
Also hitting the comic book shops: Indiana Jones magazine #3.
Just one for Wednesday – Rebellion #15. But at least it’s also part 7 of Vector!
On Tuesday, you can finally own (the Emmy-nominated) Robot Chicken: Star Wars on DVD! Wednesday is looking good for comic fans, with both Legacy #26 and Knights of the Old Republic #31 on Diamond’s shipping list.
And don’t forget that the first blast of The Clone Wars merchandise will be showing up on Saturday, including Karen Traviss’ ‘loosely based’ hardcover.
On Tuesday, look for the first book of Michael Reaves’ Coruscant Night trilogy, Jedi Twlight at bookstores. On Wednesday, comic fans can pick up Dark Times #12/Vector part 6.
The latest Star Wars Insider should be in stores now as well.
Rejoice, comic fans! Wednesday brings quite a bounty to your local comic shop. Diamond lists Knights of the Old Republic #30 and Legacy #25.
And for those of you who follow Legacy in trade paperbacks, the Claws of the Dragon collection comes out as well. It’s a storyline you don’t want to miss.
Just one lone comic this Wednesday, according to Diamond: Rebellion #14, the conclusion of the ‘Small Victories’ storyline.
No books or comics this week, but Diamond is listing the first volume of a Droids omnibus and the second of an Indiana Jones omnibus.
Due to the holiday weekend, I’m not sure when Diamond will weigh in with the week’s releases, but Midtown Comics is listing Knights Of The Old Republic #29 and Dark Times #11/Vector part 5 for Wednesday.
