Out this week: Star Wars, Doctor Aphra

The rush is over – for now – and only a handful of brand new comics are out this Wednesday, September 13. Star Wars #36 and Doctor Aphra #12 are gracing shelves, although there are also second printings of Darth Vader #3 and #4.

It’s only a temporary relapse, though. Del Rey will next strain your wallet for their From a Certain Point of View anthology on October 3, and there’s plenty more coming in the run-up to The Last Jedi.

Out this week: Phasma comic, Star Wars Adventures

With Force Friday out of the way, we’ve got a whole load of comics coming our way on Wednesday, September 6. The big game in town is Phasma #1, which begins the tale of how she got out of the trash compactor and survived The Force Awakens. Marvel also brings us Darth Vader #5 and Rogue One #6, the final issue of the movie adaptation.

Out this week: Star Wars #4, Poe #18

This Wednesday, August 16, sees the release of two new comics. Star Wars #34 teams up Lando Calrissian and Sana Starros, while Poe Dameron #18 splits up Black Squadron.

Our next book will be the paperback of Chuck Wendig’s Aftermath: Empire’s End on August 29, followed by Force Friday on September 1, with our first wave of The Last Jedi merchandise. That includes the novels Phasma by Delilah S. Dawson and Leia, Princess of Alderaan by Claudia Gray. See more in our book release schedule.

Out this week: Inferno Squadron, Star Wars Super Graphic

This week brings two books on Tuesday, July 25, and one new comic on Wednesday, July 26. Christie Golden’s Battlefront II: Inferno Squadron is a tie-in to the upcoming game, while Tim Leong’s Star Wars Super Graphic looks like something fun to page through.

Meanwhile, comic fans have Doctor Aphra #10.

Our next book is On the Front Lines by Dan Wallace, on August 8. (Though it apparently has been sighted in stores, likely due to a fairly late change in release dates.) You can check out more on our release schedule.
