After a streak of films based on others’ works, Steven Spielberg has announced plans to produce an original sci-fi story based on the real science behind wormhole physics.
Hopefully this will bring us back to the Spielberg storytelling magic and not into something completely incomprehensible to anyone who isn’t one of our Club Jade science geeks!
Given the stage it’s currently in (no script, no title), we’re more like to see Indiana Jones IV out first. (At least, we hope!)
Yes, I for one, am keen to see just how far Harrison’s gut can fall over his pants while hanging from german tanks this time. Although it’ll actually be Soviet tanks, right?
Props to Spielberg for trying to tell his own stories again though. Sounds like it’s got room to be a wild story if fleshed out and executed well.
