Torchwood Talk
Those of us who didn’t watch it by other means here in the US got to enjoy the Series 2 premiere episode of Torchwood with guest star James Marsters over the weekend. (If you think Spike was a wild character….)
Promotional interviews abound; including some tantalizing teases from Eve Myles and assurances from Captain Jack himself that he hopes to make this a nice, long gig.
Talkin’ Trek with the Trekkers (or is it Trekkees?)
If you’re the one doing the actual trekking because you’re actually making the film, doesn’t that make you (as in all contract language) a trekkee? Just curious.
At any rate, how’s this for scoring a fannish coup? TrekMovie.com had an actual chat with the cast and crew of the upcoming Star Trek movie from the set.
You can see the first glimpses of the bridge. Get a little reassurance from JJ and the cast that they’ll do right by the fans. And you’ll join the millions of others who pray with JJ that “Barring any thievery from our production office, we’re working on our first trailer right now, which will hopefully be in theaters early to mid summer. ” Trailer! Squee!

Sci-Fi squeezing yet more ratings out of BSG
Buddy TV reports that two half-hour Battlestar Galactica specials are coming in March:
The two specials are entitled “Battlestar Galactica: Revisited” and “Battlestar Galactica: The Phenomenon.” The first will give a helpful recap of the first three seasons of the series, as well as “Razor,” while the second special will take a look at the positive response that fans and critics have had to the show. “Revisited” and “The Phenomenon” will air back to back on Friday, March 28 at 10pm.
