Kotaku scans a 1993 LucasArts catalogue. I’m actually a little tempted to break out my old copies of the Insider (this was my first issue) and Star Wars Galaxy… Or, y’know, sell ’em to some Wookieepedian via eBay. (How much, boys?)

So I was poking around the Random House site, and look what I found? The cover for the second Courscant Nights book, Street of Shadows. Check out the full (well, larger) version under the cut.
The 501st inducted concept artist Ralph McQuarrie into their ranks today. The deed was done in front of the Yoda fountain at the Presidio.
The eighth Legacy of the Force book, Karen Traviss’ Revelation is out tomorrow. Or this evening, if your local Giant Chain Bookstore is trying to get a jump on things. Fair warning: The spoilers are hilarious.
Lucky comic fans will also get Legacy #20 on Wednesday.

Just to prove that even the smartest among us can over-think things, MENSA has released their Top Ten Smartest TV Shows and there isn’t one genre show on it.
Not to say that these aren’t great shows, but to admit that Star Trek and Stargate SG-1 were on the viewing list, but not included? A sad oversight.
So which way do we go this week? Excitement that Atlantis is rocketing towards the end of what has proven to be a rockin’ season? Or excitement that SG1 is about to rejoin us with all sorts of movie goodness?

Atlantis – Oh, The Tension!
Okay. Kindred, Part I. Although rather rudely spoiled by SciFi in their promo (yes, you kinda figured, but did they really have to do it?), this episode finally started rocketing us towards the resolution of every hanging storyline out there.
Joe Mallozzi took the lead on this one and shared what he was thinking and some deleted/alternate scenes.
