Deathly Hallows gets covered

The covers for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows have been released today, and damn if that first one isn’t hideous. Luckily that’s only the British children’s edition, and the rest are quite bearable. Also released was the British jacket copy.

The cover was revealed by Editor Arthur A. Levine on the Today show.

I’m trying to stay fairly pristine for this last book, but I suspect that’s going to be impossible. ::sigh::
