Video: The Empire Strikes Back in 60 seconds
Bad wigs, tinfoil, and a soundtrack that sounds like a really bad ringtone, it’s exactly what you’d expect – but hilarious! (Sorry, no bunnies.)
Anakin Skywalker: Badass geek?
Always Watching thinks so – they named him one of their ten most badass geeks in film and TV:
It’s strange to think that one of the world’s most iconic and badass movie villains would ultimately be revealed as a major geek during his childhood years. Little Anakin Skywalker was an engineering prodigy, capable of building or repairing anything tech-related, including his own podracer and even C-3PO (albeit naked).

Delusional grad student blames George Lucas
I realize I just did a media roundup, but this one is a doozy: A University of Utah grad student was escorted out of a campus building after arguing with her advisor and “claiming that George Lucas had control of her thoughts and ideas.”
I think I argued with someone like that on a message board once.
In the news: George, Harrison, Jeremy
There are scans of a Total Film interview with George Lucas over at MillenniumFalcon.com. They hit all the standards, including Indy IV, The Clone Wars and the live action series. At one point, George says “People live in the Empire, but you don’t see Stormtroopers.” A departure indeed… There’s also an interesting bit about the EU, George’s “three pillars of Star Wars.” Nothing terribly surprising, but we’re still at the point where any crumb is thrilling.

Still not a gaming blog
But you might enjoy Heckler Spray’s top 5 best and worst Star Wars games anyway. Warning: Meanness and swearing, but that’s pretty much what you get from me when it comes to games anyway. (Okay, so maybe the swearing is behind-the-scenes. But still.)
