Executive decision: Since I don’t tend to do the tweet roundups on Monday (or I forget, because I am a ding-a-ling sometimes) we’ve gone to a more casual schedule, which is basically: Whenever to whenever. I don’t plan to start skipping weeks unless I need to, for holidays or other low-tweet periods; I’m guessing it’s probably going to shake out to be Wednesday to Wednesday. WE’LL SEE. The important thing is: Tweet roundups! And go.
(But first, ballpit context: Dashcon, the internet’s favorite disaster this week.)
Group of out of towners (Italian from the sound of it) using the Force in front of Yoda. Should be a great pic! pic.twitter.com/8NtIPXuwJj

Luke Skywalker was the original guy to get himself caught on purpose.

@clubjade Space wizard Jedis, laser swords. Gungas… George Lucas talks as if he’s the creator of an Italian Star Wars knockoff VHS movie.

Episode VII and beyond
Had a dream that I read the first act of #StarWarsVII. Leia had twins, but married to a guy who wasn't Han! R2 had magic Yoda talisman.

If I had a nickel for every time someone expressed hope that Mara or Thrawn will be in #StarWarsVII, I could finance the damn film myself.

Good news: No Jar Jar Binks in the new #StarWars. Bad news: Sassy droid named R 'Tude D 'Tude.

I'm getting the feeling the Kevin Smith visit was a really clever (n brilliant) PR strategy. He's got me even more excited for #StarWarsVII

People, if you don't want to see #StarWarsVII in 3D, you don't have to. Just had to say that.

Discovered the 8th (!) printing of Lost Tribe of the Sith is out; the first with the new logo. http://t.co/55MRuhDN5L pic.twitter.com/DpdhUeFO30

If we'd wondered if readers would want printed copies of stories originally released online, eight printings would pretty much answer that!

It's really a shame that the Essential Reader's Companion didn't come out two years later. Could've been complete if it did. #SWEU

I'm still waiting for officially licensed pazaak or sabbaac decks so I can play cards like a true #Scoundrel. @FFGames #StarWars

It's no coincidence that much of the climax of Shadows of the Empire played out with the heroes hip-deep in fecal matter.

Star Wars life
New strategy: if it doesn't make me feel like I can take on the whole empire by myself, I don't need it. #starwars #packing & #life #wisdom

How is it even possible that my word processing program doesn't know Tatooine? I'm giving it judgey eyes. #StarWars

Just found a laser pointer in the office so today I will be mainly moving around the building pretending I'm on the Death Star #starwars

Best answer for how a student of mine knew the definition of a light-year: Because of #StarWars. What a proud moment!

Car of female teenagers pull up behind me. One jumps out to take a photo of my license plate, Jedihealer, and give me a thumbs up. #Geekwin

Snark
This dot-to-dot from 1979's "Artoo Detoo's Activity Book" comes dangerously close to droid slash fiction. pic.twitter.com/dl01clBg9R

This year's exclusive SDCC Star Wars toy is an action figure of you as a kid playing with a tiny Luke Skywalker. Name: "Nostalgia Ouroboros"
