Joss Whedon has revealed that there are plans in the works to a sequel to his web musical, Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, according to this report on SciFi Wire checking in from the PaleyFest. It might be feature length, it might be on the web, and maybe even Felicia Day might return as Penny.

Out this week: Dark Times, KOTOR
Comic fans will have two issues waiting for them on Wednesday: Dark Times #13 and Knights of the Old Republic #40.
SciFi Channel becomes SyFy July 7th
Okay, so the actual news item here is that they’ve hooked up with Will Smith for Unfinished Business, a crime procedural about “an ex-cop who starts seeing flashes of memories from the recently deceased.” I wouldn’t expect to see Smith on screen, though – he’s executive producing.
Looking ahead at The Clone Wars with Dave Filoni and Ashley Eckstein
Two recent interviews with director Dave Filoni and voice actress Ashley Eckstein (Ahsoka) hint at the second season of The Clone Wars. Filoni mostly talks about S1, of course, but there is a bit near the end about S2. And Eckstein says that Ahsoka will become “more and more like Anakin every day.”
Aaron Allston Released from the Hospital
Happy news! Aaron Allston has been released from the hospital after an entirely-too-long stay for a heart bypass.
(Big kudos to the 501st Star Garrison for all their help and support. If anyone has needed anything, someone’s there to solve it in an instant.)
A reminder that Aaron’s friends are trying to help him cover the costs of this hospital stay. Please help out, if you can.

Here are some of the things I’ve micro-blogged over @clubjade in the last week or so.
Clothing: Behold the Anatomy of the AT-AT t-shirt!
Guardians of peace and justice? Eight Scottish officers with the Strathclyde Police and two of their civilian co-workers have listed their religion as “Jedi.”
Crazy Twilight fan theater. Lady Sybilla’s industrial-sized victim complex trucks on! She’s now claiming that “Characters don’t belong to authors. Authors don’t create characters. They merely channel them.”
Lulz. io9’s Charlie Jane Anders pegs Obi-Wan Kenobi as one of the Great Unsung Slash Fiction Heroes. I know it’s pretty ironic that the most code-abiding Jedi in the saga is the fandom bicycle of Star Wars fanfic, but these things just tend to happen when Ewan MacGregor is involved.
Video fun! We Didn’t Start the Flame War! (NSFW, mostly for language.)
Allston Medical Donation Fund now takes Paypal
TheAaron Allston Donation Fund is now set up so folks can contribute via PayPal. The email is gifts@aaronallston.info. And to reiterate:
This account will only be used for Aaron’s medical bills. This may include hospital and doctors bills, rehabilitation therapy, prescribed treatments and medications.
Please donate, if you can! Every little bit helps.
Shop Star Wars for Earth Day
Zazzle has some appropriately-crunchy looking Star Wars shirts for Earth Day, but the real treat here are the WPA-inspired travel posters, above.
Trailer: Half-Blood Prince, for real
AND it’s out. This is supposed to go up at 9 EST tonight, but apparently E! jumped the gun. I’m on my way out the door, so keep up at /Film.
