Star Wars is no stranger to glasses, but usually they’re of the drinking kind. A bit pricier at $500 a pop – but perhaps more practical – is this Star Wars designer eyewear, from Japan’s Aigan, that will be available stateside from Gizmine come the end of the month. Prescription lenses not included, but they do come with matching cases. (via)

I’d actually consider a couple of them. Maybe next years’ prescription change? :)

The R2 and Vader ones are great. But $500 for just the frames… help me, vision plan, you’re my only hope!

The Luke ones look interesting, as do the R2D2 frames, but $500 for frames is too pricy.
