Sci Fi Australia is reporting that their ‘inside sources’ say that Rick McCallum has approached several acclaimed local ‘chick show’ writers.
However, let’s note that ‘approached’ is not the same as ‘hired’… As a certain Doctor Who showrunner can attest.

We’ll see who ultimately ends up on it, but I’m actually rather pleased by this. Everyone has complained about the lack of real relationships in the Prequels. This could (hopefully) mean that we should be seeing a focus on this.
So if it happens, yay!
