Ezra goes undercover at Lothal’s Imperial Academy in tonight’s ‘Breaking Ranks.’ The video gives us a look behind the scenes, and Pablo Hidalgo answers (sort of) a question about last week’s episode. Plus a preview of next week’s Hera and Sabine-centric episode.
Rebels Recon: ‘Rise of the Old Masters’
We didn’t actually see anyone rise, but what the hell. The fourth episode of Rebels aired tonight, and we finally got to see the Inquisitor in action, among other things. And Pablo answers a question about the Inquisitor and the Sith.
Meanwhile, Dave Filoni discusses the episode’s big spoiler over at IGN.
Teaser trailer: Avengers: Age of Ultron
The Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer was supposed to come out next week… Or so we heard yesterday. It leaked this afternoon, so Marvel made a Hydra joke and released it for real. Well played.
(Now, hopefully this lesson means they don’t announce the Episode VII trailer drop date, when the time comes…)
Video: Warwick Davis is in Episode VII
And that’s what we know. Davis has thus far appeared in one film in each trilogy: First as Wicket in Return of the Jedi, and later as Weazel and Wald in The Phantom Menace.
Rebels discussion: ‘Droids in Distress’
Tonight we saw ‘Droids in Distress,’ the second episode of Rebels and (technically) the first official episode. In this week’s Rebels’ Recon, we hear from Lucasfilm folks about making it – and Pablo Hidalgo definitively answers the stormtrooper/clone question. (There’s also a new video teasing the rest of the season.)

Rebels video: These are the droids you’re looking for!
Chopper, Artoo and Threepio take the spotlight in the latest Star Wars Rebels promo video, ‘Droids’. From earlier trailers, we already knew that R2-D2 and C-3PO would be making an appearance in Rebels, but this seems to hint at a larger role in an episode arc. Star Wars Underworld guesses that these scenes are from the second episode, ‘Droids in Distress.’
