Robot Chicken Star Wars II airs tonight (11:30, Adult Swim) and the internet provides a few more appetizers: Seth Green and Matt Senreich at Underwire, Green at LAT’s Hero Complex, Breckin Meyer at LAist, Senreich at Comic Book Resources, even a review.
Best of all, a clip of Boba Fett massacring Ewoks. Who can’t get behind that?
He’s at StarWars.com and on the ForceCast and talking about Showgirls in Entertainment Weekly (Okay, really he was just there for some sort of test.) Thankfully, the new Robot Chicken Star Wars special airs on Sunday, so we don’t have to worry about him e-stalking the rest of us. Or maybe that’s the plan to promote his Heroes guest-stop?

Neither Robot Chicken: Star Wars or Family Guy: Blue Harvest picked up Creative Arts Emmys yesterday, losing out to The Simpsons and South Park, respectively. And Carrie Fisher, who was up for her 30 Rock guest spot, lost out to some chick from Desperate Housewives. On the whole, it wasn’t a great night for genre, but Battlestar Galactica did pick up Special Visual Effects for a series.

Combined with the release of the Robot Chicken: Star Wars special on DVD is the news that there is a second Star Wars special coming down the line from Seth Green, Matthew Senreich and company. Carrie Fisher and Billy Dee Williams will be joining the voice cast. Episode II will be coming out on November 16 on Cartoon Network.

On Tuesday, you can finally own (the Emmy-nominated) Robot Chicken: Star Wars on DVD! Wednesday is looking good for comic fans, with both Legacy #26 and Knights of the Old Republic #31 on Diamond’s shipping list.
And don’t forget that the first blast of The Clone Wars merchandise will be showing up on Saturday, including Karen Traviss’ ‘loosely based’ hardcover.
