Star Wars out this week: Storms of Crait #1
Today (December 27) brings three new comics, two with significant The Last Jedi tie-ins. First up is Storms of Crait #1, with Leia and Leia on the base during the Rebellion. It also comes in two variant covers. Star Wars Adventures #5 brings us more porg content (also in a non-porg cover.) And then there’s Jedi of the Republic: Mace Windu #5.

The Last Jedi is out this week (and so are the tie-ins)
It’s The Last Jedi week, with the first screenings hitting the night of Thursday, December 14 in the U.S. (International dates may vary, but the bulk are this week.)
In the modern age of Star Wars, that also means that we’re getting the bulk of the film’s tie-ins on Friday, December 15.

Star Wars out this week: Canto Bight novella collection
It’s our last gasp before all The Last Jedi books hit on December 15, with the novella collection Canto Bight hitting the shelves on Tuesday, December 5. It features stories from Saladin Ahmed, Rae Carson, Mira Grant, and John Jackson Miller and gives us our first detailed look at some of the characters inhabiting the casino world.

It’s time for another Journey to The Last Jedi entry. This Tuesday, October 31, brings Ken Liu’s The Legends of Luke Skywalker. (Not that kind of Legends… I think.) Then on Wednesday, November 1, it’s time for Darth Vader #7.

On sale this week is the next entry in the runup to The Last Jedi and one comic. Tuesday, October 25 brings Stormtroopers: Beyond the Armor by Ryder Windham and Adam Bray with a forward by John Boyega. At the comic shop on Wednesday, October 26 is Mace Windu: Jedi of the Republic #3.
Out this week: Captain Phasma, Poe Dameron, and Star Wars Adventures
Coming from Marvel on Wednesday, October 18 we have Captain Phasma #4 and Poe Dameron #20. Meanwhile, IDW drops Star Wars Adventures #3 and the series’ first trade collection. And from Titan, there’s Star Wars Insider #176.

Star Wars out this week: From a Certain Point of View anthology
This week brings two new books and three comics. Del Rey’s 40th Anniversary anthology From a Certain Point of View is out Tuesday, October 3. It features 40 short stories from 42 authors, all set during A New Hope. Also out Tuesday is William Shakespeare’s The Force Doth Awaken by Ian Doescher.
