It’s been a while since the rumor mill ground out anything about the Star Wars TV shows and/or a sequel trilogy … Aren’t we lucky that TFN has an anonymous source that knows a guy who overheard George Lucas mention TV, HBO and episodes VII – IX at a party? You keep chasing the dream, mousies.

Gaming roundup

BusinessWeek looks a the future of Star Wars gaming. It’s a nice roundup of upcoming games and what may be lurking in the wings – although no platform, not the Xbox 360, has been announced for the ‘Star Wars 2007’/Force Powers’ – The one with the demo where you throw Stormtroopers – yet.

In another corner of the ‘net, IGN has a theory… Could the 2007 game contain hints for the live-action TV series?

Anyone not want in on this thing?

Temuera Morrison will be among the stars at Disney’s Star Wars Weekends. He hasn’t been contacted for the TV series but – of course – talks about it anyway:

“If there’s anything there, it would be great of the adventures of Jango,” Morrison enthused. “We better put that in George’s mind. A weekly series about Jango Fett getting out there in the universe trying to make a living looking for some bounty — being the Clint Eastwood of space.”
