Make it in the form of R2-D2, obviously. Yet again, the Japanese out do America when it comes to wacky SW merchadise. At least this one was (however briefly) available for US fans.
Video Monday
Me or Jack? Lost: The Final Episode from the Consumer Electronics Show. You’ll LOL. Promise. Also: Lost Rhapsody 2: Electric Boogaloo.
The Supernatural Menace. The kids (or is it the slashers?) love Supernatural. So naturally there’s a crossover. Amusing, even to someone who still thinks of the one-who-is-not-Dean as Dean.
Sneak peek at the Ryan vs. Dorkman sequel, complete with talking heads. Oh, fanboys!
I may have blogged a few of Evan Mather’s Kenner vids before, but here’s few more – Quentin Tarantino’s Star Wars, Godzilla Versus Disco Lando, Kung Fu Kenobi’s Big Adventure, Les Pantless Menace.
IT CAME FROM JAPAN!
- It started with Star Wars hands last week…
- Clay Vader, Chad and Darth’s Japanese cousin?
- Cat like Star Wars, but they like scratchies more.
- Star Wars Kid in Kill Bill.
- Do Not Laugh!
- Learn stuff: Star Wars and the Samurai.
Japanese Jedi Quest covers
Not much you haven’t seen before. The second one seems to have some new folks on them. Folks I haven’t seen, anyway. Hey Yav, is Siri dead yet?
When did Jacen Solo get hot?
The Japanese cover of The Joiner King makes me think dirty things about one of Solo brats. I don’t think I can forgive that, Japan. (And can we please drop Luke’s Gordon Gecko hair already?)
The real meaning of ‘Otaku’
I’ll admit it – anime/manga fandom kinda freaks me out. So I can’t say I’m surprised that fan label ‘Otaku’ is more or less Japanese for maniac – or, with a quick logical jump, scary fanboy.
Yeah. I don’t get it.
