Star Wars with occasional sarcasm
A few things we missed while pursuing (and avoiding!) Harry Potter.
Mike of the blog Mmmm has, for the past month or so, posting about Star Wars and reviewing the saga. Going chronologically, he rolls through The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Clone Wars, Revenge of the Sith, A New Hope, the Holiday Special, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
I’ll give the guy credit – he takes a mostly even-handed approach to the saga (even the Holiday Special – we all know it’s exactly that wretched, though he pans the Ewoks more than I think is necessary.) But, overall – a good read.

Your Lightsaber and You has been around a while – there’s even a sequel – but I hadn’t run across it until recently.

Finally – George on Colbert, from start to… erm, glare.
The Nobody’s Watching guys (Billy!!!) combine Mountain Dew and M&M’s, with impressive results.

This week’s highlight – Stephen Colbert visits California’s 6th district, aka Lucas country. Mace Windu is not impressed.
We Didn’t Start the Fandom, a Harry Potter fandom filk. Probably doesn’t make much sense if you’re not in the fandom or reading Fandom Wank, but trust me, it’s pretty funny if you know what they’re talking about.
