The BBC has a list of 25 reasons why Star Wars is great. It’s a tad British (Who is the Green Cross Code Man?) but still quite funny.

Plus, can’t say I can argue with a site that puts Han Solo at #1.

  1. IIRC, the Green Cross Code man is/was a safety figure in the UK, which was once played by David Prowse. The green cross stands for safety, the same way the Red Cross stands for emergencies. Or in other words, he was once a human version of McGruff the Crime Dog. ;)
