Throw another fantasy series on the fire!

Gate Geekiness
In today’s Stargate bits, we have:
Producer Robert Cooper reveals just what The Ark of Truth (the upcoming straight-to-DVD SG-1 movie) refers to. (Spoilers. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.)
Cooper also tells the SciFi Wire that the much-discussed third Stargate series is still being developed.
Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson) spills just a little about the last SG-1 episode.
Bridge Studios, home to Stargate and many other sciffy kinds of shows, has been sold.
And, most amusingly, David Hewlett’s Spacey’s acceptance, um, squealing is now available on YouTube. (You might want to turn down the volume for this one.)
Battlestar Bits
Edward James Olmos (Bill Adama) and Katie Sackhoff (Kara “Starbuck” Thrace) talk about Battlestar’s end.
Bodie Olmos (Hotdog) talks about how tough it is to be a recurring character.
Executive producer Ron Moore doesn’t seem to be focusing on that, though, and is talking about the upcoming movie.
As for future movies of this reimagining? Well, you’d best be starting to bribe Glen Larson (producer of the original) right now, because he’s not so enthused….
Tell us about your aluminum falcon
Seth Green is talking up Robot Chicken: Star Wars all over the place this week, since the special airs Sunday night. Certainly can’t say it’s not getting any press.
Postmodernist cosplay
Dave T. Smith takes costuming in a different direction. Now, if he would master the art of interpretive dance, he’d be set. (via TOSblog)
