More on the wildly popular Rejected Star Wars

TEASER: Rejected Star WarsJason Geyer posted a followup to his Rejected Star Wars entry, which has now spread all over the fannish blogsphere:

A few things I did want to clarify about the “Rejected” Star Wars concepts: “Rejected!” is the name of my ongoing series of unmade stuff. But not all of these were rejected by Lucasfilm. More Love For Today

IMAGEHere’s yet another addition in the lists o’ love to celebrate Valentine’s Day – Entertainment Weekly has posted their list of Pop Culture’s Best Couples: 26 True (Fictional) Lovers. Included are Han and Leia (#4), Ron and Hermione (#8), and Aragorn and Arwen (#13). They have even included Apollo and the Midnighter from The Authority (#17). I do have to take issue with Buffy and Angel (#6). Buffy and ANGEL? Ick. Now Buffy and Spike, that’s more like it.

A closer look at upcoming EU figures and toys

IMAGE: NJO Luke figureEU Cantina spotted these images of upcoming action figures, including the three (two spoilery!) variations of TFU’s ‘Secret Apprentice’ unboxed. But the real treat here is a look at the ‘Evolution of the Jedi’ pack, including what I believe is an NJO-era Luke Skywalker and KOTOR figures.

In other EU toy-type news, CJ reader Scoke discovered this giant list of box scans from WOTC’s new Legacy of the Force miniature line, which includes quite a variety of EU figures, from the Old Republic to folks from the Legacy comics.

If you think all that morning show chipperness will make the thing explode or are otherwise occupied with whatever it is normal people do at such ungodly hours, you’re probably just best off clicking over to IndianaJones.com sometime after 9am.
