Steve brings Star Wars to Chicago next weekend
Steve Sansweet will be giving a presentation next Saturday (August 8) at Chicago Comic-Con, aka the convention formerly known as Wizard World Chicago.
Should the speculation prove true, he may be announcing something noteworthy… But let’s not get our hopes too high this time. In any case, it looks like there will be plenty of Star Wars folks in attendance.
Sorry: That’s not Hamill in The Clone Wars S2 trailer
While the theory and reasoning why are intriguing, according to the IMHFC, Mark Hamill is not voicing a Mandalorian leader in season two of ‘The Clone Wars’ or in the trailer for it.

Packed in like sardines is a collection of droids in every color from Don Solo.
Genre TV Round-Up
Now that everyone has gotten over Johnny Depp’s appearance and that smooch between John Barrowman and David Tennant, Airlock Alpha catches us up on all we missed with sci-fi TV:
- Joss Whedon tells all about the Dollhouse renewal surprise, the upcoming Buffy comics and his gleeful anticipation of Glee (along with half of Club Jade).
- NBC embraces the whole Comic-Con experience by posting incredible amounts of video to watch from Chuck and Heroes.
- Warehouse13 has mental stress to thank for its cast.
And now let’s see what scoopage E! is covering:
- No surprise here: HBO picks up True Blood for another season.
- Kristin gets some scoopage on how long you’ll get to see Dominic Monaghan on Lost.
- And they examine the Heroes trailer.
And one final tidbit for crushed Jericho fans: it looks like they’re trying for a wrap-up movie.
