“You wouldn’t believe some of the Legends characters that will be cropping up in various media in the coming months,” the Lucasfilm story group’s Leland Chee said in response to a Twitter query. “Hey, if Tag & Bink can show up, ANYthing is possible.”
With Solo and the back half of Rebels S4 as our big tickets for the next year or so, I’d focus on smugglers, lowlives and the original trilogy era, but one never knows. (As always, I am extremely doubtful that our namesake Mara Jade is in play.)
Current big-ticket imports are Grand Admiral Thrawn and the assassin Rukh of the Thrawn trilogy, both appearing on Rebels. A Solo cameo from comic characters Tag and Bink was revealed by director Ron Howard back in October.

If I was a betting woman, I’d suggest a focus on Brian Daley’s Han Solo trilogy might not be unwarranted. Or, has anyone spotted Alden Ehrenreich with a beard?
