Fans at New York Comic Con (October 5-8) will be able to purchase a special edition of From a Certain Point of View, the publisher’s 40th Anniversary anthology. It’s their latest convention edition featuring exclusive cover art and printed end papers. (The contents are the same as the regular edition.)
One way to get the book involves attending a special panel. You’ll have to prepurchase tickets, but $45 also gets you the book and a tote bag – and it’s offsite so you don’t need a NYCC badge. The panel will be moderated by Pablo Hidalgo and feature “more than a dozen” of the book’s writers including Delilah Dawson, Jason Fry, Kieron Gillen, Claudia Gray, E.K. Johnston, John Jackson Miller,Mallory Ortberg, Beth Revis, Charles Soule, Marc Thompson, Elizabeth Wein, and Chuck Wendig.
Con attendees can get a free wristband from Del Rey’s booth in the morning to purchase the book for $40 later in the day.
Meanwhile, here’s a look at the standard edition:
