The most shocking revelation in Star Wars (at least to this generation) is #17 on Premiere’s list of the 25 Most Shocking Moments In Film History. Alien (#3) and Planet of the Apes (#18) are the other genre films that make the list.
Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination
Opening on the 27th at the Boston Museum of Science is Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination. There are several articles covering the exhibit and the formal opening attended by George Lucas and featuring a performance by our pals from MIT’s Trilogy Musical Edition.

ROTS wins some glory
Considering there will probably not be anything beyond the possibility of a technical Oscar for Revenge of the Sith, we are pleased to report that Revenge of the Sith was named Hollywood Movie of the Year for 2005. (It knocked out Batman Begins and War of the Worlds for the honor.)
And while one might argue that the Star Wars internet presence swayed the voting just a bit (it’s voted on by the public), there still had to be some non-geek support to get this through. So we’ll go with being pleased by the award.
Those living in the Southern California area might wish to note that Uncle George, himself, will be accepting the award on Monday, the 24th.

Stormtroopers in Times Square to promote Battlefront II. NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg declared it officially Star Wars Day.
TFN tells us Brtish network Sky Movies has the rights to run all six films. Except TFN forgets to mention the whole British thing.
More pirated versions of ROTS will be turning up any day now. Entire internet says “duh.”

Starwars.com has posted Inside the DVD: Revenge of the Sith – details of the movie extras. Personally, what I need most? The actual movie. I can’t find a complete set of screencaps for the life of me.
