Finally realizing that they’ve only got a season left on their most buzzworthy bit of original programming (Sorry Flash) and there’s only so far they can stretch it, the Sci-Fi Channel has given Battlestar Galactica prequel/spinoff Caprica the go-ahead. Ron Moore and David Eick are on board, and production will begin in Vancouver this spring. I doubt there will be folk-singing Cylons, but you never know.
And don’t forget to tune into Letterman tonight for the BSG top ten!
