Dark Horse is teaming up with the concept artists from Revenge of the Sith for a graphic novel, Visionaries. It will feature 12 stories (some in continuty, some not) and be written by the artists themselves.
Lucasfilm opens an animation facility in Singapore:
“I’ve been a fan of Asian animation and illustration all my life,” George Lucas said. “Asian cinema has had a particularly big impact on a lot of my work. When we began thinking about developing new ways to explore the craft of animation, it seemed a natural step to combine the two. By having a base in Singapore, we can create a new style of animation that will blend East and West and offer something not seen before.”

The real-life story centers on Domino Harvey, the daughter of actor Laurence Harvey, who starred in the original version of “The Manchurian Candidate.” Domino Harvey ditched a career as a Ford model to become a bounty hunter. The project has long been gestating at Scott Free, but it heated up when Scott took to Kelly’s script, which incorporates flashbacks, flash-forwards, and characters from “Beverly Hills, 90210.”

Sue Rostoni has revealed the titles for the 2005 post-NJO trilogy by Troy Denning. The trilogy is Star Wars: Dark Nest, and the titles are The Joiner King, The Unseen Queen, and The Swarm War. Rostoni also said that Raynar Thul of the YJK books, last seen in Star by Star, will play a major part.
