There’s a Star Wars comic this year (okay, okay, so it’s a Clone Wars) and everything, plus some folks doing signings. You know the drill.
I would recommend trying out some Vertigo trades as well: Sandman, Fables and Y: The Last Man are good bets, though not exactly for kids.
Don’t forget (like I did) that The Clone Wars rerun tonight will be accessorized with handy bits of info that you may or may not already know. In other relevant news, Spanish-language episodes are streaming on the site now.

Our source reveals that the revamp will incorporate prequel characters (like Naboo citizens and Geonosians) along with many aliens from the original trilogy (Aqualish. Bith, Rodians, etc). In the action sequence, the Star Tours vehicle is now going to be chased by Boba Fett. C3PO and R2-D2 are still the hosts, and Anthony Daniels will be recording his parts this week. Admiral Ackbar holographically communicates with the Star Tours vehicle. Right now they’re shooting mostly green screen footage, as it is the middle part of the production timeline.

Because Friday. (Stick through to the end.)
Here’s Hugh Jackman to help you remember.
Steve Sansweet in the news. Forbes sits down with the ultimate Star Wars collector – with a bonus peek at 12 items in his collection.
Consequences. The Bioware censorship firestorm prompts Kotaku to take a look at past issues with homosexuality in gaming.
Well… I guess… There’s a touch of Star Wars in these new British fire helmets. But my first impression is some other movie… That I can’t quite identify…
People. Matt Lanter on The Clone Wars and 90210.
