Her Universe’s The Force Awakens collection went on sale last week, but for those of us looking for something a bit more casual, they have several new tees debuting today. Her Universe and Hot Topic launched a new Star Wars collection today! Several of the designs are available now, with more coming next month. And, Ashley Eckstein tells The Daily Dot, there’s another in development.
The items are avaliable in extended sizes, and Hot Topic’s sister shop Torrid will carry some items as well, including a lightsaber dress based on the skirt introduced earlier this year.
Ashley is also encouraging fans to share with the hashtag #MyStarWarsStory:

The Her Universe Fashion Show is getting a streaming reality show next year. The company held their second fashion show featuring fan’s designs last night at SDCC.
Her Universe celebrates their 5th anniversary on Monday, and they’re celebrating with free gifts, product rereleases and a livestream!
The returning products are the burnout and Empire poster tees and the Manga hoodie, above.
Her Universe revealed their new products for Celebration Anaheim today. There’s a lightsaber shirt, multiple dresses, tees, a new bag, and cupcakes. “A different daily Star Wars themed cupcake available at Salacious Crumb’s Cupcake Bake Shop” in their booth. The “Ahsoka Lives” tee will be exclusive to the con.
We saw their new jewelry yesterday, but today brings a handful of new clothing items to Her Universe. There’s the Symbol Pattern cardigan, a Darth Vader Knit Pattern dress and a new logo tee – all available in plus sizes as well. And there are new Marvel, Star Trek, Walking Dead and Doctor Who items as well.
There are several new pieces of jewelry on the Her Universe site today, mostly Vader-related.
The framing of this Fortune story on David Eckstein and Her Universe seemed odd, until I realized it’s part of a series (in collaboration with Sports Illustrated) that profiles athletes who’ve moved into business careers. In any case, we learn a few things about HU: that they expect to bring in $5 million in sales this year, and the company is profitable. Phew. (via)
