What a great roundup. The original ESB trailer just gave me chills.
However, the synthesizer sounds too old to really make me think X-Files. Between the synth and the film grain, it actually makes me think original Doctor Who.
I think the ESB trailer is mislabeled though – must be from when the movie was already released, from the ‘now in our galaxy’ tagline.
And I never watch Dr. Who until the new series. :D
Hee. The Monty Python/Sith thing is awesome. For some reason, Anakin getting his legs cut off is eternally hilarious to me.
