There’s no new Clone Wars tonight, but there are several tidbits of news.
First off, there’s
another Chewbacca video and some finale rumor dispelling ( Sort of?) going around. Spoilers?
On Twitter, an actress you might recognize reveals that
she’ll be voicing a character… But given the lead time on these things, I’m guessing we probably won’t hear much more until next season.
More imminent is Free Comic Book Day on May 7 and StarWars.com has a preview of Dark Horse’s
Savage Opress offering. (Psst, Avatar: The Last Airbender fans… That preview is over here.)
The show is back tonight with
a Padme-centric episode that’s likely to bore the pants off the kids and delight the adults – or at least the adults that really like Padme (and/or Agatha Christie.) And since last we checked in, StarWars.com posted an excerpt from the . Insider interview with Dee Bradley Baker
The fandom’s quick-draws (and British and Canadians) may have already caught ‘Senate Murders,’ but for everyone else it’s still preview time. Prep with the
episode guide and some Padme insight from Catherine Taber.
Satine and Obi-Wan are on the run, gothic-romance style, from the Death Watch Mandos tonight’s episode. In the meantime, Satine’s voice actress Anna Graves talks to StarWars.com.
Barriss Offee (voiced by
Meredith Salenger,) joins the cast for ‘Weapons Factory.’
As the legion of
Star Wars accounts on Twitter grows, it’s getting harder to keep track of. It’s impossible to list everyone, but here are a few accounts that may be of interest.
Please note that although we provide this page as a service to fans to find official accounts and other people they may wish to follow, we do

theory and reasoning why are intriguing, according to the IMHFC, Mark Hamill is not voicing a Mandalorian leader in season two of ‘The Clone Wars’ or in the trailer for it.
So last night on the ForceCast, they were theorizing that Jon Favreau was voicing one of the mystery Mandalorians we saw in
. Today, The Clone Wars S2 preview Yakface ( via) are theorizing that it could be Mark Hamill. Interesting theories, but that last one sounds an awful lot like Favreau. On the other hand, there do seem to be two very different Mando voices going on in that trailer…
In less theory-based news,
The Clone Wars is in . Please join me in boggling that TV Guide’s Sci-Fi Preview TV Guide is still around.
UPDATE: Whoever it may may be, it is
not Mark Hamill.
Two recent interviews with director
Dave Filoni and voice actress Ashley Eckstein (Ahsoka) hint at the second season of The Clone Wars. Filoni mostly talks about S1, of course, but there is a bit near the end about S2. And Eckstein says that Ahsoka will become “more and more like Anakin every day.”
