StarWars.com has continued putting out profiles of the customized Mighty Muggs from SDCC, so here’s what’s gone up since I last blogged them: Dave Filoni, JAKe, Michael Possert, Nicole Falk, Spencer L. Brinkerhoff III, Chris Rabilwongse, Frank Duran, Camilla d’Errico, Kyle Newman and Jaime King.

The Muggs are are still on auction to raise funds for Make-A-Wish. The bids range from $900 (!!) to $60 tonight, and they’re only going to go up! (It ends Friday.)

Panels and things. StarWars.com has reports of panels with The Clone Wars voice actors, Robot Chicken and Family Guy.

Fannishly. StarWars.com continues their Fan Movie winner profiles with Star Wars: Retold (yay!) and Star Sports. They also round up their picks for best Star Wars costumes (play spot the Jader in this one) and best costumes.

Videos. Big Shiny Robot caght up with Clone Wars voice actors Ashley Eckstein (Ahsoka,) Dee Bradley Baker (OMG MOMO, uhh, he voices the clones) and Catherine Taber (Padme.)

Muggs. Empire Muggs back profiles of Dave Filoni, Cat Staggs, Robot Chicken’s Rebecca Van Cleve and Adam Koford. And thr auction is on now, with one or two figures currently fetching up to $425. (Most are still much lower.)

Now that everyone’s settled back home and able to blog more easily, we’re starting to see a few more con reports. StarWars.com has recaps of The Empire Muggs Back and the Robot Chicken Skate party (which is now moving on to L.A.,) while Rebelscum posted a gallery of Sideshow’s customized stormtroopers. Meanwhile, Atom.com has recruited G4 hostess Olivia Munn to help with their Fan Movie Challenge. We can only pray that mullet-play is optional.

In EUish news, the Scribe Awards were also given out at the con, and Karen Miller’s The Clone Wars: Wild Space did not take the Best Novel – Adapted prize under Speculative Fiction. It went to an actual adaptation, Bob Greenberger’s novelization of Hellboy: The Golden Army. However, James’s Rollins novelization of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull did take the Adapted prize in the category of General Fiction. (How are aliens general fiction, again?) Congrats to Rollins and condolences to Miller, in any case.

Thursday is officially the first day of San Diego Comic-Con, but in these days of Twitter those of us stuck at home are even more aware that people are beginning to pour into the city and get in the con-going mood. (StarWars.com is already posting pics.)

io9 has today graced us with some SDCC history. Of course, let’s not forget that Star Wars was among the first films to appeal to the Comic-Con crowds.

• On that note, Galactic Binder offers the 10 biggest Star Wars sights to be seen on the DSCC floor.

• Newsweek thinks you need to know how to be cool at Comic-Con. Because, you know, you’re going to Comic-Con. The only place on earth where you can wear this (or these) and not be laughed out of a room.
• Here’s a closer look at Sideshow’s Grand Admiral Thrawn and some of their other new offerings.
• There’s another Empire Muggs Back profile: Jane Wiedlin.

In other news. The trailer for Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland leaked this afternoon and was promptly removed from a variety of sites. That means if you look hard enough, you can probably find it now… But I’m much too lazy for that. Look for it all over the internet officially tomorrow afternoon.

Look who’s debuting. Among the new items Sideshow is bringing to Con? A 12″ figure of an old pal of ours, Grand Admiral Thrawn! And some other guys.

From the floor. Mary Franklin and her minions are hard at work already, setting up the Lucasfilm Pavilion! There’s a peek at a few more of The Clone Wars bounty hunters as well, including two brand-new characters.

• Hey, gamers! The Clone Wars: Repulic Heroes launch trailer is here.
• Funny business What Comic-Con means to Seth Green, things people say to him on the floor and his guide to costumes. On that note, Green is joined by partners-in-humor Matthew Senreich and Breckin Meyer to talk about the new Robot Chicken DVD and their SDCC skate party.
• The Empire Muggs Back. Amy Pronovost’s Jaxxon and Sarah Wilkinson’s Shaak Ti.
• Fan sites. TFN and company will be twittering at the con and holding a live chat during the Spectacular.

Bonnie talks to artists Jamie Snell and Suckadelic about their contrinutions to the Empire Muggs Back project.

Obligatory adorableness. A variety of artists transformed blank Mighty Muggs into custom Star Wars figures (including at least two Georges and I think a Steve Sansweet) for The Empire Muggs Back project. The results will be on display at San Diego Comic-Con and auctioned off to raise funds for The Make-A-Wish Foundation. We should get a closer look soon, but for now my favorites are at right.

The lineup. StarWars.com has a list of Star Wars folks appearing at the official and licensee booths.
