A revised offer to get GenCon through bankrupcy has been made by the GAG. No – not Jacen Solo’s door-kicking secret police in black (Galactic Alliance Guard), but the GenCon Acquisition Group. GenCon had refused GAG’s previous offer, but this new offer has amendments to not contest the Lucasfilm claim against GenCon. For more information on this GAG offer, check out ICv2.com’s article.
