There were some official ones a while back, but they came in sets of similar characters (I remember Wookiees, too) and much more stylized.

I bought a set of wooden nesting dolls from Michaels during after-Christmas sales and plan to make Star Wars creature nesting dolls! Wookies and ewoks and jawas, oh my!

I have a few of the official ones, on a shelf with my matryoshka from Ukraine. :) The chubbies are cute, though I wish they had been designed without separate feet.
I really think LFL should create a larger nesting doll with seven of Padmé’s outfits. I’d buy it!
