Iger hints at more Star Wars in Disney parks, on TV

Or, the grass is green, but if you’re keeping track, here are the pertinent remarks from the Disney earnings call earlier this week, via Yahoo.

“In addition to the Star Wars feature films that we’ve already talked about, we’re also working on opportunities for television and our parks,” Iger said. “It’s still very early in the process. We’ll announce details as these developments evolve.”

Naturally.

    This means I’ll actually have to go to Disney World, sometime….

    (Yes. I’ve never been to Disney. I’m a freak.)

    I went when I was 13 and while I had a fine time, I have had no desire to ever go back.

    Of course, I kind of hate Florida, but maybe one day I’ll have a reason to go there one of those rare times when it isn’t a fetid armpit of humidity… I get that at home for free.
