As previously speculated… The Amazon listing gives Star Wars Storyboards: The Prequel Trilogy a release date of May 14, 2013. We know better than to set that in stone, but hey: The book itself is confirmed.

Just a short question: Has there been a book like this before? Obviously Rinzler’s Making-ofs included several dropped story ideas, but this is a new type of book, right?

I assume there are some storyboards published in various making-of books – particularly for the prequels – but as far as I know there’s not a complete or near-complete set published.
