Kotaku is reporting that LucasArts president Jim Ward has resigned “for personal reasons.” IGN reports that Howard Roffman will be filling in.
Kotaku also has word from Ward himself.

Wow. It seems like Jim Ward has been with LFL forever and a day!
Hopefully it is something really nice he’s moving on to.
