Disney and More theorizes that Disneyland Paris may be getting far more than a Star Tours upgrade: There may be an entire section of Discoveryland devoted to Star Wars. It won’t be like the image above – a previously published concept by Tim Delaney that imagines a reskinned Space Mountain – but may involve a Jedi Academy like the U.S. parks have and a Mos Eisley Cantina-inspired restaurant. In less questionable news, StarWars.com had two items this week regarding Disney World – new Star Wars art at Downtown Disney and a look at the merchandise for Star Wars Weekends.

Not a contest.

Is it weird that I really want the Downtown Disney piece that just says “The Kessel Run”? I mean, you could pretty much make that yourself, right? Anyone could. But I want to buy it anyway. I want to spend too much for it.
Is this what being into art feels like?

The portraits are cute and all, but I think the Kessel Run one is what I’d pick, too.

When is Lucas just going to cave and make his own park? You know he wants to :)
