The Old Republic could get pushed back to 2012

The MMO – which has never had a solid release date, but was (apparently?) tentative for late this year – may get pushed back to 2012, Kotaku reports.

Fear not, gamers, at least you’ll have the novels.

Sigh. Part of me is bummed out about this. Another part of me is a little bit relieved that I’ve got a little bit more time to spend with my family before I get sucked into this game forever…

I’m a little bummed out too, but as long as it comes out a few weeks ahead of December 21st, I’ll be fine.

I’m really just happy they aren’t releasing it in a choppy horrible state. I was with Galaxies since Beta 2 and that was a weird experience. Them seem dedicated to not messing this up.
