Seth Green: Star Wars comedy series CG, not post-ROTJ

“Star Wars in a way you’ve never seen it,” he told MTV. “There are some recognizable characters but it’s a huge universe, so we’re really going where all the comedy is.”

That’s all pretty vague, but we now can put at least one question to death: It won’t be set after Return of the Jedi. But it will be CG animation: Which is fine with me, as long as they go in a different direction with it than Clone Wars!

  1. I can’t imagine Seth not doing a good job on this. After all, he is one of us!

  2. I agree. He’s proven that he can handle Star Wars projects with care. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this’ll turn out.

  3. I have to admit that I’m having sort of a hard time picturing this project. I trust Seth Green of course, and have never really been disappointed with his work. But a dedicated Star Wars comedy series is kind of hard for me to wrap my head around.

  4. I’m keeping my mind open to the idea, but not sure how it will work. I find robot chicken funny in parts but a whole series?

    It’s a trap!

Remember Tales? Remember how awesome it was when it was funny?

I keep thinking it might be like Tag and Bink.

    Exactly!
