The second season of The Clone Wars is coming to DVD and Blu-Ray on October 26. Both versions will come with a 64-page production journal, and the Blu-Ray will feature another round of The Jedi Temple Archives.

Great news that it’s out this year, as it’s been an amazing season, but the cover is horrible. The season 1 box is gorgeous, but they really need to re-think that box art and fast. Hopefully it’s just a temp.
Then again, it’s the content that counts and season 2 has really raised the bar. No wonder George is having second thoughts about the live action show. CGI is doing great, costs less and must be less hassle to oversee.

Even though I’m a sucker for all things Star Wars, I just can’t bring myself to pay that kind of money for a TV season.

The price listed won’t be the real price when it goes on sale. It will probably be around $32 at Target.
